Joined Fujita Kanko in 1979 and entered the cooking route to learn all about cooking. He has won various cooking contests within and outside of the company. Won a 28-year-old youth in the "2nd Cooking Contest for Professionals Using French Ingredients" sponsored by the French Food Promotion Association Sopexa. Later, he studied at Alain Chapelle in Lyon, France, and learned the essence of French cuisine. Upon his return to Japan, he was appointed head chef at Chinzanso French Restaurant "Camelia". In 2001, he assumed the role of head chef of Hokkaido the Toya "The Windsor Hotel Toya Resort & Spa". In October 2006, he was appointed the head chef of "LaLa GOTENBA Hotel & Resort". In 2007, he became a director of "Symic Hotel & Resort". In July of 2020, he became the head chef of Good Resort Awashima Hotel Western Cuisine.

The Restaurant “Le Fahr”, which faces the garden, serves breakfast and lunch.
